Beyond All Logic: Inspector Tamoshé Retires is the final creation of Sidabrinės Karūnos Teatras (The Silver Crown Theatre). After the whirlwind success of the first installment in Inspector Tamoshé’s adventures, this film takes absurdity to new heights—becoming even more Art Deco, even more ridiculous, and even more thrillingly detective.

The film also features a crossover with another Sidabrinės karūnos teatras series, the horror film Vaflys, whose main character, Valfys (The Waffelen), makes an appearance.

Plot
Constable Louis Baguetté OMLET (Danielius Skučas) brings the worst of news – a mysterious benefactor pays her bail for the murderer Aurora Scherepko (Paulina Skučaitė)! But soon after her release, she herself begins receiving death threats. Inspector Tamoshé OMLET (Jurgis Kubilius) even appeals to the new president-dictator Vaitko (Augustė Saladytė) in an attempt to save Scherepko, who until recently had been considered the nation’s greatest villain. The clues lead to a famous perfume magnate Vincenta Serbentienė (Klaudija Čerkaitė) bearing many shameful secrets. Yet it soon becomes clear that the threats against Scherepko are somehow connected to the meteorite that struck the former president Downé…
