In monte Oliveti

A radically different, brownish-red blood-colored take on the traditional In monte Oliveti. It unfolds in a mute space, stifling spring vegetation thick in the air at Gethsemane, on the Mount of Olives. Under unbearable stress and reluctance even for his Father the Creator, The Son’s sweat turns to blood. A glimpse of God imprisoned within a human skeleton and musculature, within both the circulatory and nervous systems, restrained for a brief moment by an extreme physical and mental reaction to the approach of death.
